Yucatan - December 2005

My first introduction to Mexico and the Mayan civilisation was a trip around the Yucatan and surrounding regions of Mexico.  I spent a lot of time eating great food, drinking margaritas and climbing Mayan ruins at Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Bonampak, Yaxchilan, Palenque and Tulum.

Work sent to me Mexico City a couple of times.  The largest city in North America has a lot to offer.  Stunning tacos on every street corner, Aztec treasures and Teotihuacan.
